This is my first time staying at Mercure. I didn’t expect that when the hotel officially opens in the new year, it will host a dragon and lion dance performance for the first time. It’s really an Easter egg during the trip! I also gave the little baby a red envelope, and everyone was happy... Guilin itself is not a big city, so I chose to live here when traveling. It is convenient to take a taxi. It only costs about 20 to go to various scenic spots, which is very convenient! There is Wanda near the hotel. In the evening, the children went to eat ginger milk and play claw machines. Chunji Roast Goose next to the hotel is also first-rate and delicious😋

Jasper has a great little Dim-Sum Restaurant on the 1st floor. l love this place because it's medium priced and yummy. I take left overs to my room or to the train. Very convenient. My room was perfect... big TV, bathtub and separate shower, very clean, and they brought a fruit plate Provided hot water with tea... bring your own coffee. I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed two nights.

The room is quite big, but there is a strange pet smell. It may be that the carpet was stained by other guests before. It is enough to watch the lights during the day. The sanitation is cleaned every day. It is not bad and clean. It is easy to order takeaway.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just near the Gaoxin Wanda Store, a five-minute walk away, and there is free parking. I booked a two-bedroom suite with two bedrooms and one living room. The room is very large, clean and tidy, and has all the equipment. There is also a clothes drying rack and washing machine on the terrace. There are TVs in the living room and master bedroom. In the evening, my husband sits on the balcony and smokes in the sun. The main focus is comfort. Looking down from the balcony, you can see a pedestrian street with various snack bars. Because it was a family trip, and my son was a senior in high school, we had two separate bedrooms, which was very convenient for privacy and not having to book two rooms. The lady at the front desk has a great attitude! To sum up, I like Xingyue Hotel very much. I will stay here again next time I come to Guilin. Highly recommend👍

I ordered takeout and the hotel staff delivered it to the room, which was great. The hotel looks quite new, the room hygiene is no problem, and the room attendants on the floor are also gentle. There is also a self-service laundry on the fifth floor, which is very good. The only thing is that many Ramada hotel rooms do not have small sofas. Sitting on a small chair is not as comfortable as a small sofa. Several Ramada hotels I have stayed at have this design.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to Wanda, but the surrounding area is very quiet. The lobby is very grand, it is safe to swipe the card to take the elevator, and the room is very big! There is Wanda Commercial District behind the square, which is really a prime location. The little girl at the front desk knew in advance that I was going to the store and immediately asked my preferences and helped me upgrade my room type for free. The lobby is very grand, the air conditioning is very powerful, and there are drinks to quench my thirst in the summer. The room is clean and tidy. When checking in, the front desk serves tea and greets politely. , and also recommended food and convenient routes, which was very detailed. There are also value-added services such as facial cleanser, makeup remover, sunscreen spray, hand cream, etc. next to the front desk. Thank you to the hotel for this attentive attention and warmth!

Hotel was great, unfortunately smoking in am around the hotel, something that happens often in cities so not the hotel's fault. The gym was nice and laundry room is good aswell, just a shame about the smoking of some guests, even in the gym
