This is a truly special place! Located in the middle of a park the hotel feels like it is in a rain forest. Staff is super helpful and friendly and they would always happy to shuttle you between hotel and park entrance with a golf cart. We however preferred walking and enjoying the tranquility. There was a Chinese lantern festival on and we were lucky to experience the dry run without any other people around 🤩 The property and rooms are mega charming. Not super modern, but well kept and suit the overall style perfectly. We were lucky to receive an upgrade and loved the room. To the point we would actually book it straight on a next occasion. Breakfast was fine and made a good start to the day.

Excellent service and advice in reception. All her tips made our trip more enjoyable and affordable. Enjoyed the coffee vouchers in the morning. The entrance to the hotel is not great, but once inside you feel you are in the right place. We went to Yangshuo and did a biking tour and also to the Longi Terraces. Absolutely worth Stayed 3 days and really enjoyed. Lots of nice places to eat near bye.

The room we booked was spacious and bright, the decoration style was simple and stylish, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the fatigue of the journey was dissipated suddenly. The most surprising thing is the view of the room. When you open the curtains, you can see the night view of the city. The lights are particularly beautiful at night.

Very close to the scenic spot and worth the upgrade cost to get a big window to have a lovely view! The staff was accommodating at all hours of the day and even have snacks and water up front. Check in was easy and the room was well sized. A good restaurant is a few minutes walk away to bring back food for their terrace area. Breakfast was simple but filling for a days adventures. Although we didn’t end up booking a tour, the hotel offered a contact to view the prices for tours. Overall was a very pleasant time with this hotel.

This hotel is very lovely and natural and I loved it! The staff was extremely helpful, everything was clean, working, and easy to understand! Everyone at the desk and the staff were all very helpful and understanding of the fact that I did not speak Chinese, and this effort was appreciated. They communicated via WeChat so that I could translate their messages easily :) If one day I come back to Guilin, I will stay here again! The location is great, it is an easy walk to the main market street (East West Street). Also the breakfast was delicious - I wish I could eat wontons every day for the rest of my life 😁

overall our stay was really good environment was pretty comfy, staff was very professional best thing was reception staff as they contacted us even before our arrival if we need anything special like we needed parking place and it was arranged immediately.

Xiaoxi's customer service is very enthusiastic to recommend places to eat. The service is very thoughtful. The view from the observation deck upstairs is very good. There are also kittens to touch. At the end of the New Year, I didn't want to be stuck on the highway, so I deliberately played in Guilin for two days and waited until the free highway peak was over before leaving for home. So I checked the hotels in Guilin on Dazhong and a certain cheng. I actually saw that there is their own hotel in Guilin Seven Star Park. It is called Crescent Moon Tower Hotel. And according to the comments of its tourists, the monkeys in the Seven Star Park are free-range, and you can go in to feed the monkeys. If you don't want to go out, their hotel faces the Seven Star Mountain, and there are floor-to-ceiling glass windows, so you can watch the monkeys directly. It's really awesome. And the room rate is not expensive, just over 200 yuan. Another important point is that I didn't know it until I went in. The Seven Star Park requires a ticket, which costs 55 yuan per ticket. We stayed in the park hotel and actually got 2 tickets for the Seven Star Park for free. That is to say, it is equivalent to staying for free to visit the park for 2 days. Finally, I have to thank the hotel owner, because my power bank was left in the room, and I had to trouble the owner to send it back to Guangzhou for me. And we went in and out frequently during the two days of accommodation, and the owner used the scenic area tram to take us in and out. I really trouble you.
