Very nice hotel, the front desk brothers and sisters are warm, polite and patient to answer my inquiries. The room area is quite large, the sanitary cleaning is also very clean, and the living is very comfortable! There is a dedicated parking lot. It is also very convenient for self-driving. The location is very good. It is close to the airport and it takes only 10 minutes to go to the city. My friends and I feel very satisfied. Come live!

This is my first time staying at Mercure. I didn’t expect that when the hotel officially opens in the new year, it will host a dragon and lion dance performance for the first time. It’s really an Easter egg during the trip! I also gave the little baby a red envelope, and everyone was happy... Guilin itself is not a big city, so I chose to live here when traveling. It is convenient to take a taxi. It only costs about 20 to go to various scenic spots, which is very convenient! There is Wanda near the hotel. In the evening, the children went to eat ginger milk and play claw machines. Chunji Roast Goose next to the hotel is also first-rate and delicious😋

The hotel is in an excellent location, just near the Gaoxin Wanda Store, a five-minute walk away, and there is free parking. I booked a two-bedroom suite with two bedrooms and one living room. The room is very large, clean and tidy, and has all the equipment. There is also a clothes drying rack and washing machine on the terrace. There are TVs in the living room and master bedroom. In the evening, my husband sits on the balcony and smokes in the sun. The main focus is comfort. Looking down from the balcony, you can see a pedestrian street with various snack bars. Because it was a family trip, and my son was a senior in high school, we had two separate bedrooms, which was very convenient for privacy and not having to book two rooms. The lady at the front desk has a great attitude! To sum up, I like Xingyue Hotel very much. I will stay here again next time I come to Guilin. Highly recommend👍

I highly recommend Boyue Hotel when traveling in Guilin. I forgot to take photos, but the room is well-equipped and stylishly decorated, especially the hotel staff are also very nice. My sister and I booked the room at eleven o’clock in the evening and sent it to the front desk. I got a breakfast voucher, and then I went upstairs and found that it was the top room. In addition, the door couldn't be opened at the beginning due to system problems. I told the sister at the front desk to upgrade us to a room type. Thank you so much

Facilities: It's in Lingui District, not far from the airport. I stayed here for two days and the service was very good. We checked in late, and the front desk booked by Ctrip upgraded my room for me. I was very happy. Because this trip was quite long, I was very tired from playing and it was getting colder. Basically, I didn’t go out on the last day and just rested in the hotel. There are not many people nearby, but takeout is very convenient. A family of three were lounging in the hotel. Cleanliness: The aunt who cleans the room is really nice and very enthusiastic every time. Service: The service staff in the entire hotel are of high quality. They take care of them enthusiastically whenever they see them. They also remind children to wear more clothes because it is very cold. I am very grateful to Miss Li Liying at the front desk for her kindness. We originally flew in the evening and my children were taking a nap, so I called the front desk hoping to delay check-out and supplement the room fee. She was very considerate and helped me coordinate.
