The room we booked was spacious and bright, the decoration style was simple and stylish, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the fatigue of the journey was dissipated suddenly. The most surprising thing is the view of the room. When you open the curtains, you can see the night view of the city. The lights are particularly beautiful at night.

Very close to the scenic spot and worth the upgrade cost to get a big window to have a lovely view! The staff was accommodating at all hours of the day and even have snacks and water up front. Check in was easy and the room was well sized. A good restaurant is a few minutes walk away to bring back food for their terrace area. Breakfast was simple but filling for a days adventures. Although we didn’t end up booking a tour, the hotel offered a contact to view the prices for tours. Overall was a very pleasant time with this hotel.

Excellent service and advice in reception. All her tips made our trip more enjoyable and affordable. Enjoyed the coffee vouchers in the morning. The entrance to the hotel is not great, but once inside you feel you are in the right place. We went to Yangshuo and did a biking tour and also to the Longi Terraces. Absolutely worth Stayed 3 days and really enjoyed. Lots of nice places to eat near bye.

This is a truly special place! Located in the middle of a park the hotel feels like it is in a rain forest. Staff is super helpful and friendly and they would always happy to shuttle you between hotel and park entrance with a golf cart. We however preferred walking and enjoying the tranquility. There was a Chinese lantern festival on and we were lucky to experience the dry run without any other people around 🤩 The property and rooms are mega charming. Not super modern, but well kept and suit the overall style perfectly. We were lucky to receive an upgrade and loved the room. To the point we would actually book it straight on a next occasion. Breakfast was fine and made a good start to the day.

The Service provided by the hotel was very good. They offered a free pick-up from the high-speed railway station. Some boat tickets that we couldn't use. We stayed in 2 different rooms in the same hotel. This room is slightly smaller and doesn't have a view. Even though the location is good, it's not proximity to sightseeing places or important places, which is a downside. But the Front desk was very helpful, arranged a drop to Yangshou for a reasonable price. Helped with Laundry. Provided with a bike for commuting to attractions. Didn't provide breakfast. Cleanliness is good. The staff was friendly and helpful with orders and takeout. Overall, if you don't mind a locationthat is slightly away fromthe main attractions, this place is recommended

overall our stay was really good environment was pretty comfy, staff was very professional best thing was reception staff as they contacted us even before our arrival if we need anything special like we needed parking place and it was arranged immediately.

It was great to choose this hotel for this trip! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Wanda Plaza and the bus station, making travel very convenient. It is also not far from popular attractions, saving a lot of commuting time. This is an honest review! I am so glad I booked this hotel, from 5 years my dream was to visit Guilin and the most important thing and the highlight of my trip was this hotel! AMAZING is a little word to describe how fantastic my stay was! First the hotel is very clean. The view and the scenery is fantastic it’s so dreamy. Food is great. Location is also great easy to go to the downtown and sightseeing by taxi 20 mins and far away from the crowd and more into the hills. Price is amazing too. Last but not least the staff is what makes everything perfect in this hotel.
