My family had a wonderful stay at Mehood. The front desk workers were very helpful, especially since it was our first time here. The breakfast was nice and had a good variety. They also provided supper and small gifts for the kids. The weather was very cold, but the experience warmed our hearts.

The room is nice and big. The hotel provides everthing you need in terms of toiletries comb, shower cap, toothbrush and etc. The hotel also provides authentic Luo Han Guo tea which has health benefits include a soar throat. The swimming is closed in off season in March 2025. The temperature is 13-20 degrees and too cold for a swim anyway. The breakfasts is good there is freshly Mi feng, Congee, Baos, fried rice and noodles, coffee, soy milk and yogurt. The hotel is in a good location along the river and looks pretty in morning and evening walks. There are local eateries nearby about 5 mins walk straight once you cross the bridge and food is really cheap. It mainly caters for the local community hence low prices.

We had an unforgettable stay at Boyard Hotel Guilin — truly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and we were surprised with a room upgrade that went far beyond our expectations. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and made our kids feel so excited and happy. The hotel itself is elegant and well-designed, with an amazing rooftop view overlooking the mountains and river surrounding Guilin — it’s the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful sunrise or sunset. We spent time up there just taking in the scenery, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. There was a great variety of delicious options, and what touched us the most was the thoughtful gesture from the staff — we once mentioned that our child loves broccoli, and the next morning, they made sure to include broccoli in the breakfast. Such personalized care is rare and speaks volumes about their hospitality. For families, the hotel has everything you could ask for — a playground, a claw machine with fun prizes, and a well-equipped gym for adults. Our kids were entertained and happy throughout the stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff: 晶晶, 小息, 小婷, and 小萍. Your kindness, warmth, and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and at home. It is very close to Guilin North Station. The K99 double-decker bus at the door goes directly to the city and the core scenic area, which is quite convenient. The decoration is quite new, the room is quite large, and it is quite clean. The scenery is good, and the sound insulation is OK. There is nothing wrong with it. The only drawback is that some parts of the bathroom have obvious signs of repair, such as obvious cracks in the sink, and the bathroom shelf is damaged and covered with stickers, which is not handled properly. But overall, this does not affect this stay. It is a very good experience. This place is still very cost-effective and comfortable.

Great location, spacious room! - Location's great, about 10 minutes walk to the Guilin High Speed Rail North Station ( 桂林北站). It's next to many souvenir shopping and dining outlets. - Room is spacious, clean and complete with standard amenities including 2 free flavoured bottled drinks inside the refrigerator. - There's simple supper starting from 9pm. We bought two buffet breakfast vouchers earlier but were unable to use them fully as our Guilin/Yangshuo tour started at 6.45am. However, we managed to get the front office staff to pack for us simple dry food like egg, bread, banana, yogurt and water to be eaten on the tour bus. - We disliked the tobacco smell at the public reception area especially the ground floor toilets. - Had wifi and tv connectivity problems. TV images distorted sometimes.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel is located near the train station as we wanted. They are small restaurants and shops around. The receptionists were very helpful.

The layout of a typical Yishang hotel is very warm, and the service is also good. The only drawback is that there is a parking lot next to it, which makes it noisy.

Shangkeyou Hotel (Guilin North Station High-speed Railway Square) has good facilities, sanitary environment and considerate service, especially the service of the lady at the front desk is very good.

The brand is the brand, the environment is comfortable, although there are some minor shortcomings, such as no heating, they immediately arranged to change rooms, and the waiter's attitude was very good. The breakfast was rich and tasted OK. I always stay in this brand hotel
