Honestly, one of the best hotels yet. Best spot for sightseeing. We just wanted to stay in to take in the views. Their service to guests is also impeccable. Highly recommended.

My family checked in on Oct 24. We stayed for 3 nights. We were happy with our stay in this hotel and would recommend friends to stay in. We also had our rooms upgraded to larger units.
Prior to that, we had a warm reception by Xiao Wan and he even personally helped to bring our luggage to our rooms. He also recommended places to eat and visit.
There were welcome fruit and sweet snacks and even brewed desert of white fungus for each of us which we never had before on our trips..
The views from the restaurant on the 7th floor were fantastic. We wished we had stayed longer.
We will definitely stay in this hotel when we visit Guilin again.

Overall, it's a good hotel. The room at 6th floor is cosy but a bit dusty at corners. Maybe it has been operating for more than 7 years. Delicious tea break and breakfast! Picturesque window view towards the elephant trunk hill in the morning 😍 . Complimentary professional photographing service by friendly freelance photographer!

This hotel was an absolute gem during my recent trip to Guilin. The location is incredibly convenient, just a cross from the iconic Elephant Trunk Hill. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
* Exceptional Service: From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive and welcoming. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and even helped us book tickets for a river cruise. Their service was truly personalized and made us feel valued as guests.
* Comfortable Accommodations: Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly after long days of exploring.
* Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to Elephant Trunk Hill was a major plus. We were able to easily walk to the scenic area and enjoy the stunning views.
