中秋節小長假的第1天來的，居然沒有其他客人，就我們一家包下了整個酒店（酒店還一直安慰我們，説晚上還有很多客人要入住的，其實並沒有就是騙人）~帶着忐忑的心情入睡，還好沒有什麼事情發生~早上7:30要出發了，還沒有早餐吃，於是放棄…體驗過到處人山人海的旅遊區，這麼荒涼的酒店還是第1次見，為什麼這麼蕭條呢，酒店本身條件還是不錯的呀…

我給一顆星是本人真實評價。我們在**和愛就訂看到這個酒店，當時看到有配套各種活動就比較心動，中秋節特地預訂了四間房。一大家帶了四個小朋友開了一個多小時的車，一到酒店就是一種荒涼感覺，酒店總共就看到兩三人，前台和房間不在一個地方，相隔挺遠。訂單有KTV，溯溪，皮划艇，開房的時候是一個都沒介紹，還是我們反覆打電話確認有沒有，反正是最後一個也沒玩上。酒店也沒有電梯，帶行李和小朋友確實不方便，而且護欄網洞特別大，要時刻看着小孩怕掉下去，總之下午兩點到了在房間呆了兩個小時就果斷全部退房了，白白損失快一千元。而且酒店預約了就不能退了，真的很坑，飛機動車票都能退，房間卻不能退，實在是很無語！房間很小，小朋友也活動不開，靠近山邊比較潮濕。後來看評論説早餐也是限量款，一人一個雞蛋，真怕小孩也吃不飽。説實話，一間房280，在桂林來説也挺貴的。但是體驗感不好，配不上這個價位！建議網友訂房要謹慎！

一星給平台還給評論機會！非常客觀中肯地回答，共訂了四間房一千餘塊，上樓待一兩小時毅然決然決定浪費錢都要選擇返回！陳述如下：（請商家有則改之無則加勉，不要追究，謝謝）——設施陳舊落後，定價貴，無法匹配價格！拓展活動缺少，與宣傳的不符，一問什麼都沒得，環境有點沒落！本人14:00入駐，16:00退房；預約後就算提前一天取消都不給退（説明對自身質量極度不自信的表現，有點一旦上了船休想下船感覺，網絡平台銷售有待規範）；房間坎味（潮氣）很重；過道、樓梯、陽台安全隱患很大；早餐前台提前告知是限量配額制，一個房間衹配兩個人的早餐，帶小孩的哪怕多吃一個雞蛋都無法實現，説可以勻點米粉出來給小孩吃，或者加十塊！這是不合理的！各位下單預約三思而後行，需要這段旅程，請務必實地考察後符合預期或者接受不足再現場下單預約！真的不能急！因為基本上沒人住；各位謹記！
