Absolutely amazing customer service! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and super willing to go above and beyond to be helpful. The hotel was delightfully clean and had amazing views from both the room and the rooftop bar.

Comfortable room overseeing the river. Location is good but bit of complicated getting up to the homestay. Should specify the lift number to avoid confusion. Near to most tourist attractions.

Great hotel in a very good location. Quiet. Great view over the river and city. Huge window. Very comfortable beds. Very nice staff. A very nice young girl who went out of her way. Thank you! Spectacular roof terrace with bar! It was difficult to find the entrance. You should be informed that you have to take lift 3. The house is still being renovated. We felt very comfortable. Thank you!
