We had a wonderful stay in SYYF Xiangshan Promise Hotel in Guilin.
The view from the Skylight Bar was wonderful.Enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a nice quality coffee.On top of that,the hotel staff were friendly,they helped with finding the top tourist locations by sharing the locations via wechat,checked on us if needed anything ,and even provided us 20 RMB prop when we shared that we were willing to visit that scenic spot.Overall it was a great experience staying in SYYF Promise Hotel.Highly recommend this hotel!💖

A great hotel, very modern, tech-supported room, spacious, warm and a big bed. The breakfast is superb with many choices, and decent coffee!
Located very centrally and a short walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and fantastic night markets. There is also a few great reataurants, one served the best goose i've ever tried!
Highly recommended, and we almosted stayed extra days just because its such a nice place to stay.

A cosy hotel to begin my guilin trip. 管家are good and friendly. Love the variety of breakfast options and gd tast of the guilin meehoon. There is washer and dryer and 管家 will help to bring the clothes to your door if the waiting time is too long. 必住

What a wonderful experience for us all as a family. When we saw the room, we instantly felt comfortable. Their warm welcome made us feel like home. We can't wait to come back again and will surely recommend to friends and family. Their fresh breakfast was so enjoyable, made from fresh ingredients and also allowing us tourist to enjoy local foods and they were all delicious! We received cute keychains as gifts for my boys and they loved ut. So thoughtful of them. Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful experience.

I've never stayed at a hotel with such great service and amenities. The room that they upgraded me to was so huge that I could literally do slow jogs in it. Just look at the list of amenities that they provide upon request. During check out they also gave me a furry key chain to wish me good luck in everything. I will never ever stay at other hotels if I visit guilin again, only SYYF!

Absolutely fantastic hotel and service. I have nothing but positive things to say about SYYF. From the multiple tissue boxes in the room to the drying racks and an extra list of amenities like face mask and nail cutters, SYYF has to be the most functionally complete hotel. Had an amazing time there and the customer service and staff members are so friendly and efficient.
