The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for me because I wanted to be near the university campus. I thought I was going to get a room with no window, so I was extremely happy when my room had a huge window with a wonderful view. The bathroom was also very big. The only thing I would say that is negative is the room wasn't particularly clean. It's obviously not a new hotel and there were some dark hand prints on the white curtains etc. But overall, the room had plenty of everything I needed, everything worked well, and I think the hotel is very good value for money.

The first thing to consider when a family travels by car is parking. You can park in front of the hotel, but there are about a dozen parking spots. I almost ran out of space when I went there, but luckily I was able to park. It was good. The room is clean and hygienic, and the room is large. The only suggestion I would like to make is to have the cabinet machine cleaned by a professional. The musty smell is a bit strong, but the cooling effect is still quite powerful.
