酒店不錯，桂林的環境真的很好哦，下次去陽朔玩，還是來桂林住酒店，前台還給了早餐卷，米粉的味道也可以，雖然是自駕遊，隔壁就是桂林站

住過這麼多次維也納酒店，這次體驗是最差的；首先，前台那個長頭髮的小夥子，我多次諮詢他問題愛理不理，我一直等到把前面旅客的問題全部解決完了才請教他，但他瞟了我一眼，就轉身忙別的了，一次是剛開始到前台登記拿衣架，一次是沐浴露沒有了電話還打不通，到前台找客服；我有那麼不受人待見嗎？！電話沒有電，打不通，電視機沒法投屏，裏面的節目不好看，自己賬號投屏又沒法；電蚊香片衹有抽屜裏有一個人家拆過包裝的；洗澡的時候沐浴露沒有了，我到前台那服務員態度那麼差，我真的發火了，我説你們什麼都沒檢查過嗎？！還有太多小事情不多説了，我衹能説，這店管理真的差！
