The area is more than 30 square meters, and there are 2 chairs and a dining table in the room. As a result, I was assigned a room without a dining table for the first time and the room was super small. I called to ask for a change, and was told to go downstairs to get the room card and check it out. After much trouble, it turned out that the room was still not the room I booked. The final room I booked was 706: 1. There is no bed at all1.35 2. The windows in the house are also considered windows. They are blocked by a wall and no sunlight can come in. I just had a dining table, so I had to compromise. Consult the front desk, and 806 and 906 are all booked (the rooms next to 806, 906 or 704 have unobstructed windows) I just want to ask, I made a reservation on July 4th, and you have already booked it, so what’s the point of my reservation? I have always believed in the quality of Lavande Hotel, but it has never been so bad in Guilin! Not to mention that the facilities are very old. The beds are not even 1.35 meters tall. Why did you say 1.35 meters? If the windows are blocked and no sunlight comes in, is it considered a room with windows? I booked it with Ctrip. I went to the front desk to verify the room, but they said they couldn't find the order number. I was really speechless. The front desk staff didn't even know Ctrip? Forget it, I am completely disappointed with Lavande Hotel! Just look at the picture for details. If the bed had 1.35, I would eat the bed. If there is a cover less than 1 meter outside the window, does it count as a window? The lights inside the house are very dim, and the lights cannot be turned on at all. There is no sunlight outside the window, and it is extremely dark.

The overall feeling is OK, the breakfast is also OK, and the parking lot requires some skills to park in. It is recommended that friends who drive contact the hotel in advance, otherwise it is easy to drive too far.

Facilities: Overall it's OK, but the inability to cast on-demand TV is a feature of Lavande's entire hotel. Hygiene: Good, but I forgot to provide disposable slippers on the second day of my stay and had to ask the front desk for them. Environment: Very close to Vientiane City, there is a hotel milk tea shop downstairs.

Ha, the advantage of Lefeng is the fine decoration and 20+ square meters. It seems not as stable and practical as other cheaper brands. 1. There is a pull rod outside the bathroom door but not inside. In fact, it can be pushed open in both directions. 2. The faucet design is difficult to understand and control, and the wash basin is very small and splashes water. 3. The toilet paper holder is crooked and the paper fell to the ground. 4. There is no shelf in the shower. The toiletries are placed on the old crooked big bottle, which also fell to the ground. 5. The shower adjustment knob seems convenient but is actually difficult to understand. It is inevitable to be showered with a lot of cold water first. The top shower leaks and has a rotten hole. 6. The disposable slippers are small and dirty, and should be cancelled. Repair the bathroom quickly!

The location is excellent, next to the Vientiane City, very close to Guilin Station, and there are many restaurants nearby. The front desk service is warm, the room is clean and hygienic, there is a Bluetooth speaker, you can listen to music while taking a shower, and the stay is very comfortable!

Facilities: Who designed the handle of the sink? It’s really hard to twist. It's okay that there aren't many kinds of breakfast, but everything is spicy.
