Room was very spacious and clean. Allowed me to check in early. The wall-controlled shade and curtain is a nice touch. You have to insert your room card into the wall slot for power. I also utilized the communal washing machine, which is a nice amenity.

The location of the hotel is very close to the train station and long distance bus station. Super convenient! Rooms are spacious and clean. There are convenient stores and eateries nearby, as well as a big supermarket inside a medium sized mall.
We had some issues/complaints and management was very quick in responding and resolving the problem.
If you enjoy a cup of tea, do bring your own, since Lavande does not provide teabags for basic room types, even though it says on their website that they do.
