The location is excellent and the overall visual effect of the room is okay. But there were a few places where I felt uncomfortable. For example, the air conditioner was facing the bed. When I entered the room, I felt a strong smell in the bathroom. Especially the condition of the washroom was so poor. The spray and hot and cold water regulators almost left me speechless.
I feel that the actual occupancy conditions are not proportional to the price.

As it is a residential-commercial complex above Wanxiangcheng, the amenities are great.
There are cafes, Korean restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and a large supermarket.
Smoking is allowed in the accommodation, so I had no choice but to leave the window open all day because of the cigarette smell.
Because of the convenience of Wanxiangcheng, I extended the stay for an extra day, but the smell of cigarettes was difficult.
The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working so I asked about it and they said it needed to be fixed.
Other than that, it was convenient because it had a refrigerator, washing machine, and cooking facilities!

The room is in Vientiane City. The rental price at the train station starts from the rental price. The furniture in the room is quite beautiful and it is more suitable for young people. It is not recommended for the elderly because the password lock has to be operated by yourself according to the prompts. It is convenient to eat nearby.

It's a very good staying experience. It's right in the Vientiane City Apartment. It's very convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. The Vientiane City downstairs is modern and integrated with leisure and entertainment. I didn’t take many photos, but they were really good.
