Jinshuiwan International Hotel (Guilin Airport Road)

I have stayed so many times, this time the experience is very poor. I checked in after 12 o'clock, and the room didn't cool down after 1 o'clock. I thought it would be cooler after taking a shower. I just took off my clothes and took a shower, only to find that there was no shower gel and shampoo, so I called Tell the front desk that the cleaning lady packed it with mineral water bottles. After taking a shower, she was sweating while lying on the bed, and fell asleep barely cool on her side. She woke up from the heat after sleeping at 3 o'clock. If she couldn't bear it, she had to call and inform the front desk. To deal with it, the front desk called the engineering department to check the air conditioner. It was so hot that a fan was required. It was conceivable that the air conditioner was not working. It was confirmed that the air conditioner in room 1031 was broken in about 10 minutes. They told us to call the front desk to change our room. After 20 minutes, the front desk I moved to 931 downstairs, the air conditioner is still not strong enough, I can only use a fan...toss until 4 o'clock...I never like to comment, I can't accept the default praise...I can't help complaining

設施：酒店的洗衣房沒有滾筒式烘乾機，衹有暖風掛式烘乾機，衣服多的時候烘乾很麻煩。房間內也有暖風掛式烘乾機，但是居然要收費。房間設施很老，與宣傳圖不符。“小心地滑”英文應是“Caution! Wet Floor”，“節約用水”英文應是“Please Save Water”。酒店停車場保安態度很差。

對面就是山景，旁邊就是椿記，非常適合遊客停留。第二天早上的酒店早餐裏嘗試了桂林米粉，配料非常地道。適合快速瞭解桂林小吃。

房間衞生差，洗手枱盆還有頭髮，沒來得及拍照但絕無誇張！服務無敵啊，好好一個四星級標準的酒店給你們的服務整破防，早晚你們老闆幾千萬的投資被你們幹黃了，投資賺錢多難啊現在！你們好好乾，下一步爭取早點換工作！整個入住體驗是沒有管理，比如：提示指引居然是A4打印的手寫！客房產品升級的效果也不夠好，比如：入户的房門是有透光的縫隙的，還有房間的衞生間和淋浴間隔斷是用木飾面板做成的，質感很差，並且不隔音，關鍵是移動的不夠順暢！產品升級的很失敗！

房間夠大，還給孩子了早餐券，酒店性價比很高。去機場方便，到桂林市區也不遠。整體很不錯，二樓是椿記燒鵝，吃飯方便。酒店旁邊就是超市，買什麼都挺方便的。

性價比比較高的酒店，交通很方便，公交車25分鐘到東西巷和日月塔。吃飯也方便，一大堆米粉店，油茶店，遺憾的是酒店二樓椿記燒鵝在裝修。前台小哥哥還贈送了份早餐給獨自旅行的我，很貼心啊。值得推薦
