I would highly recommend this hotel. The service is great and the staff at the front desk Ms. Xiao Liang was very helpful. The breakfast is great. The view to the river is wonderful.

We love that the hotel looks new and clean. It's worth it for the price we paid, as compared to other hotels that we stayed in. The hotel staff are very helpful and warm. They were also able to provide a baby cot which was very necessary for us. We loved the children's play area and the beautiful swimming pool view at level 9!

We had to stay suddenly in Guilin (wrong train ticket) and were delighted with the hotel. Great location, with the ability to walk out the door and explore. Staff were helpful, and we were able to communicate easily via WeChat. We utilized the free laundry and the breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

Very central location. Walking distance to elephant trunk hill and pedestrian streets.
The hotel staff is super helpful and they responded very quickly to our requests.
They have a small indoor playground for children.
The weather was cold, therefore we could not use the outdoor pool, but it looked appealing with its great view on the river and the city.

Xiao Yang and Xiao Liang were really kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, well kept and cleaned daily, amenities were sufficient and regularly refilled. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
