Very amazing place and lovely personal

Good experience to stay here around sunac, even though so quiet, and in the beginning the hotel room was super cold. The staff really friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful! They were so helpful and accomodating. My boyfriend and I are vegan, so they helped us order food (as our Chinese is a little poor!). They upgraded us for free and we were so pleased ☺️ I even left my coat and they arranged delivery! Cantu and Lian were so lovely, we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much ❤️

The B&B has a great environment, the front desk service is considerate, the little brother took the shuttle bus to the parking lot to pick us up, and sent us fruit in the evening. The breakfast was rich. The B&B is right in the commercial street, and it is only a two-minute walk to Happy Tribe and Sea World. It is so convenient. The children had a lot of fun and the adults were also very worry-free. Highly recommended

It was raining heavily in Guilin, so we hid in Yanshan District. The butler picked us up from the gate, which was very convenient. He also helped us upgrade the room. The tickets to Sea World were very interesting. The mermaid legend and dolphin show were very exciting~

The hotel is in a good location, right on the central street of Sunac Resort. It takes less than 3 minutes to walk to Happy Tribe and Sea World, which is convenient for eating and drinking. The hotel does not have a separate parking lot, but you can park in the public parking lot not far from Sunac, which is free of overnight parking fees. The hotel's various facilities are very special and very suitable for bringing children. Passion fruit tea and fruit baskets are also given when you check in. The hotel breakfast is also good, with many varieties, better than many hotels. The hotel's waiters have a very positive service attitude, and many questions can be explained clearly, making guests feel at home. You can also buy tickets for the scenic spot at the hotel front desk, which is cheaper than outside and online platforms, and you can also get free tickets. Fortunately, I didn't buy tickets online. Overall, the experience is very good.

I didn't expect that I could stay in a hotel + breakfast + park for one night at this price. The children also liked the Qianqiu Topic hammock under the folk tree house. This parent-child homestay is good. I have recommended it to friends. It is okay to stay here for a weekend. Finally, I would like to praise the service. The front desk guy was very nice. The B&B is in a resort area, the environment is good, and it is quiet to sleep at night. Because we were bringing the elderly and children, we were given a free room upgrade, which was very cost-effective. In particular, the housekeepers Xiao Feng and Wen Bin were very considerate. They picked us up and dropped us off in a special car. They also helped us wash our dirty clothes and delivered them to the room after washing. It was really great. When you are away from home, the happiest thing about accommodation is not only the good environment, but also the great service. We booked thinking we would be in a hotel surrounded by nature and found ourselves in a shopping center next to two children's amusement parks. Nice room too but with a view of the amusement park and not of nature as it seemed from the advert. However, the staff were very helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast.
