設施：硬件設施非常差，拖鞋還是爛的

服務：一般，本人12點多入住10層，吃個午餐出汗就先洗個澡，發現拖鞋爛的。後面開機玩遊戲，鍵盤很臟，耳機壞爛掉皮還沒有聲音，去找前台換個耳機還是沒有聲音，然後換房間到9層鍵盤比上個乾淨點，廁所沒有抽風，耳機還是沒有聲音。無語了要瘋了搞了兩個多小時，10層到1層前台來回跑。體驗感非常糟糕。商量退房扣我50塊。希望看到這個點評的別去住。除非你自己想找不自在

住過最差的電競酒店，接近200的價格，讓人感覺像是做慣了一鎚子買賣，鍵盤座椅都發黴了，衞生間也沒打掃乾淨。一個電競酒店，連最基本的玩遊戲體驗都很差，卡的半天進不了遊戲，如果可以我都想打負分

踩坑！！！！避雷！！！真實感受，價格與實際相當不符，什麼破電競酒店？其實就是旺城酒店改的，連枕頭都還是旺城的，設備老舊，牆都是破的，拖鞋超級臟，牙刷也不懂是放了多久的，刷牙脱毛！！！沐浴露洗髮水也沒有，電競椅子有個扶手都是爛的！上面寫着2021，還以為有多新，環境有多好，圖片與實物相當不符，大家千萬別來#房間設施

酒點設備很差，環境一般，網絡環境安全性滴，登steam出現的是他系統的一個裡麪裝的，這個steam有安全風險，我和我朋友入住的這個電競房，本來就奔波一天足夠辛苦了，準備打幾把遊戲放鬆放鬆，結果酒店的遊戲需要下載就算了，網絡還不行，電腦的性能也不行，最重要的是！！！我和我朋友打了幾把csgo，現在他的號被洗了！！！損失幾百元子！！！酒店房間內的WIFI信號不穩定，常常需要重新連接;連接網絡需要登錄，且需要頻繁重新登錄;而且大家千萬不要去住那個電競房電腦會卡掉白屏一直不能操作還有幾年的軟件也不能亂用我跟我朋友去他登錄了他的cs晚上回家了發現倉庫被人洗走了東西
房間老舊，牆體有點發黴掉落馬桶看上去就是那種很臟的房間通風不暢 牆壁隔音差、門窗隔音差 空調音特大一點都睡不着大一會自己制動一會又停掉了。
影響睡眠 空調不製冷或不制熱、房間空調不定期消毒、房間空調出風有異味。

空調製熱有點慢，晚上睡覺有點冷，燈的開關不在床頭，一個在門口，一個在床尾牆邊，極其不方便，我們開的電競房，電腦一言難盡，打個聯盟還行，其他大一點的遊戲就打不了了
