Heshe Lakeside Resort

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking scenery that made our stay even more special. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that satisfied every craving. It felt like every meal was thoughtfully prepared with quality and taste in mind. One of the best parts of the location is that several famous scenic spots are within 10 km, making it super convenient for sightseeing and day trips. Despite being close to everything, the hotel itself had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—so calm and rejuvenating that it felt more like a resort than a typical hotel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, beauty, and exceptional service. Can’t wait to visit again 🤗

Everything was just perfect. The view from the hotel was amazing. All the staffs were very helpful and especially Melody who made our staff even better. She gave us a free room upgrade and helped me surprise my boyfriend on his birthday. Alll the foods were good. Staffs also help you book activities from hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s one of the best hotel I've stayed in. My whole experience at this hotel has been very pleasant.

The location is next to Reed flute cave and away from busy market area, and the property is facing a lake, which makes it very ambient. The staff were very cordial, we were allotted a better children room which our child liked very much. They even customised our meals as we are vegetarian. Special thanks to Ms Melody whom our child remembers very much. Will certainly stay here if visiting Guilin again.

Located at a very good place and accessible to all the tourist locations nearby. View is panoramic for nature lovers.

Had a fantastic stay at Heshe Lakeside Resort! The hospitality was top-notch, especially from one of the female staff members who was very welcoming and fluent in English. She greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, which made the experience even more pleasant. The food was delicious, and the room was superb—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The environment was truly breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and surrounding hills. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!
