This was by far one of the most gorgeous resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Every single design detail is well-thought of, with customer satisfaction in mind. The view is gorgeous, the walking/jogging trails are flawless, we were speechless. Everything very new and very clean. Staff is polite and always smiling. Truly 5 star. The only downside is that it is 1-2 hr away from attractions & train stations.

Breathtaking place to stay in majestic surroundings. We came during a quieter period but it meant we had the whole place to ourselves. Great breakfast selection. Would consider coming back again when we’re next in Guilin or better yet when temperatures cool down. Jacky (the manager) was really friendly and went out of his way to help us.

hotel was upgraded to Song hotel (6 star). Location is average, because nothing is around.
Rooms were awesome but not room cleaning due to covid. Also, no new towels, coffee etc. on a Daily Basis.
At new years eve we came back home at 1am and there was nobody at reception desk anymore and we had to walk 1,5 Kilometer to our room.
Breakfast room was really cold and we had to wear a winter jacked.

I can't take enough photos. I am a perfectionist who likes details. Even in the rainy weather during the Spring Festival, I still think the hotel is so beautiful. Whether it is the external environment or the details inside the hotel, they are all super good. There are also packages available for the Spring Festival! Especially the suites, the rooms are super large, and the balcony is also super large. You can work, play and sleep without disturbing each other! I especially like the lovely Miss Jiang at the front desk. She made us feel like we were in spring during the Spring Festival!

The hotel is located between beautiful mountains and rivers.
