The front desk staff was enthusiastic, greeted with a smile, patiently answered questions, checked in/out quickly, observed carefully, and even helped with luggage and poured tea for the elderly. Lemon tea, Plum juice and siraito flower tea are provided free of charge in the hall. Also provided with ice cubes, give the hotel a thumbs up. Good geographical location, 900 meters away from Guilin High speed Railway Station, adjacent to Elephant Trunk Hill Park, Sun Moon Twin Towers, Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Xiaoyao Tower, and Jingjiang Wangfu scenic spots, about 3 kilometers away. The starting price for a Didi taxi is about 10 minutes. For items left behind, the front desk will proactively call the guest to contact them. The front desk will properly keep the guest's left items, and when claiming them, the identity and characteristics of the items need to be checked. Authorization proof is required for non personal collection. ◦ The guest room is "hair free and dust-free", the bedding is "snow-white and stain free", and the bathroom is "dry and wet separated and disinfected properly". High cost-effectiveness, worth recommending for a stay.

Super kind and helpful staff, they helped us book Li River Cruise and also offered us a special gift when we left. The room was very nice and also super cheap, definitively recommend 10/10 🙌

Location is decent where it is walking distance from shopping areas and few hundred meters away from the train station. The hotel was clean and the staffs were very friendly and eager to help you out with any concerns about the traveling. I was traveling during december and my biggest concern was room heating, but the hotel room had AC that can heat room very very well.

We had a good stay in this hotel. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located to many attractions, train stations, and many eateries. We got a room upgrade. It is spacious and fully stocked with all the daily necessities. My husband and I really love their hot ginger drink provided to their customers in the lobby for free. It is really a nice gesture, especially in this cold winter time. Highly recommend this hotel to others.

I extended my stay at this hotel. Though the hotel was about 2 km from the town center, there's a public bus stop nearby . The service of the hotel should be highly praised . They always prepare a small gift for those who are leaving.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and Helpful with my queries. Location is 3km away from main attraction areas.
