During this trip to Guilin, the hotel service attitude was extremely poor. When I asked the front desk for a bag, the waiter just said no without even raising his head. Didn't even hear what was being asked.

Very poor experience. A friend came to Guilin so he stayed in a hotel for convenience. But my friend’s price was only 128 yuan per room, while we wanted 188 yuan per room, and we lived at the elevator entrance. The sound insulation effect is poor, it is very noisy, and the service attitude at the front desk is poor. Even after 11 o'clock in the evening, if there is an empty space in the parking lot, they will not let you in. They say it is reserved for other people and they will park elsewhere. I do not recommend it to everyone.

沒給過差評，這個忍不了。先是結石犯了無法出行，攜程溝通死活不退！後面安排家人出行了，最後一天不住提前回，也不退。照常付款，第一次碰到這麼強勢的酒店！！
