1. First of all, we went there and parked in a super far place 🅿️. It took five or six minutes to walk there. We were taken to the gate of someone else's community to park, but they didn't care much. They asked us to find a place to park by ourselves. The service was not good. After parking the car, we asked how to go back. They asked us to walk back, and didn't send a car to pick us up. We had to drive back the next morning. It was really outrageous!
2. We booked a double bed room, and they gave us two single beds put together, with a big gap in the middle! Isn't this cheating consumers? !
3. Later, we called the front desk and said we wanted to change rooms. After that, we didn't take us to the new room. We said it was on the fourth floor. We went down to the fourth floor with our bags and didn't see anyone waiting. They asked us to go to the front desk to get the room card, and after that, they asked us to send the room card of the original room down. It was 1:30 in the morning. The service attitude was really bad, and the operation of putting two beds together was also shocking!
