桂林春節一月2度天氣沒有熱水，十二點回酒店等到凌晨三點，期間三次詢問酒店前台為什麼沒有熱水，沒有得到解決方案，直到第二天中午退房了都沒有熱水。空調暖氣毫無用處，開了跟沒開一樣，室外2度室內2度。
