Wonderful stay and great breakfast options. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel had a wonderful view of the city and sunset was amazing from it.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and featured very comfortable beds. The property is located close to the Guilin Railway (South one, not Guilinbei). The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional, we left the luggages for two days and they kept them for us for free. The breakfast restaurant was large and with very nice sights over the mountains. Many options were provided for breakfast. Recommended.

Value for money stay. Amazing laundry room with 3 washers and dryers and a big space to hang dry clothes! Good lighting inside room. Breakfast selection is good except that there is no coffee. Toilet space a bit small.

The hotel is very well located, in the city center and really close to the Guilin train station. The room was amazing and we could see the mountains. The breakfast was great and we had a great 360 view on Guilin. The staff was extremely helpful.

The service was exceptional and excellent. Being a non Chinese speaker, I felt really command the staff was very helpful during the entire stay. They added us to WeChat and answered all the questions we needed.
Cleaning service daily, delivery made easy by the robot and delivery drivers allowed to come up when the robot was not available. The reception also help in putting the orders left at the reception desk when the drivers were choosing not to deliver to the hotel bedroom door.
The breakfast room was very spacious and a large choice of meals.
The laundry room with all you need to wash and dry your clothes.
The signs are very well placed to help you find your way.
The staff was really quick to change me room when someone on floor started smoking and the odor came through the air conditioning. I really appreciate it.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

We are very happy about the hotel! Service and room was very good. Also breakfast was nice. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and will return next time we are in Guilin :)
