Very close to the scenic spot and worth the upgrade cost to get a big window to have a lovely view! The staff was accommodating at all hours of the day and even have snacks and water up front. Check in was easy and the room was well sized. A good restaurant is a few minutes walk away to bring back food for their terrace area. Breakfast was simple but filling for a days adventures. Although we didn’t end up booking a tour, the hotel offered a contact to view the prices for tours. Overall was a very pleasant time with this hotel.

Overall a good experience, the front desk staff gave us free breakfast coupons during check-in. Facilities are a bit old and not exactly well maintained. Good location though!

The front entrance of the hotel doesn’t leave much of an impression! But when one enters, the lobby looks grand with the high ceiling and the ornamental carving! Nice furniture are provided for the guests’ comfort but the drawback is - some guests took advantage😅 Instead of sitting, some were seen lying down on the seats - siesta time! The roof top looks great - nice place for photography! The front desk staff is courteous and helpful

Really lovely staff at front desk, in the kitchens and the cleaning staff. The hotel lobby is massive and very ornate but the real gem is the roof top view area and its garden. Rooms were massive and having a fridge was awesome.

The hotel is excellent, especially the attentive service at the front desk. The breakfast is also very good. I am very satisfied; the cleanliness is impeccable, and the room feels very safe and comfortable. This hotel is my first choice for accommodation

Definitely one of the best hotels in guilin, it's suitable for families, business travellers and friends who can stay together for tours.. Many restaurants once you get out of the hotel. Very co-operative in the stay and helped me even after the stay was completed. Thanks again for all the help!
