大廳超氣派很大，住的房間挺喜歡那個設施的，有兩個單人沙發，除了圓桌還有書桌，有的酒店都沒書桌，連靠背椅都沒有，衹有一個四方凳。不滿意的就是洗漱間，有點小，門還擋了部分，影響出入。那個花灑，應該有點壞了，旁邊有幾個口子噴噴水。而且花灑水很細，加上水壓大，淋在身上有點刺痛，想噴在臉上洗個臉，嚇我一跳，像針狠狠地刺了我一下

第二次入住，個人覺得還有幾個地方需要提升，給了五星，希望有所改善。1.入住辦理，接待的人員態度及服務還可以，每次晚上回去，後面的前台人員衹顧低頭玩手機，完全沒留意客人進出，除非你走到她跟前，更不要説跟你打招呼了，可能散客不多，主要接待團隊。但是對於一個住了半個月，每天都遇到這樣的情況，感覺不是很好。這樣也容易忽視一些安全問題。2.樓層清潔阿姨，布草車，中間停放，對於需要路過客人，非常不方便，這個細節，希望可以重視。3.不止一次看到酒店收出來的臟布草，堆放在房間門口，走廊進出可以看到，房間門關的，雖然是臟的，但是放在地毯上不是很好，給人覺得管理不規範。4.進出遇到保安，其他工作人員，也是沒有打招呼，第一印象非常重要。5.沒有一次主動送小禮品，之前看評論，説要到前台領取，一定要開口問嘛？不能主動送，性質完全不一樣，所以我一次都沒有問，當然了，一次也沒有拿到。
