The hotel is very clean, the facilities are OK, the mattress is very soft, the hot water is very strong, and the view outside the window is very good.

The room was very unhygienic. There were hair and dust on the bed. We were all girls, but when we lifted the quilt, there were a lot of very short hair, like boys' hair. There was a lot of dust on the bed, under the pillow and inside the quilt. I don't know if they have changed the sheets and quilt covers. Maybe this set of sheets and quilt covers has been slept by several waves of guests. I called the front desk of the hotel and told them that the room was very unhygienic and there were a lot of hair and dust on the bed. The front desk didn't even come up to understand the situation and directly asked us to change rooms. It can be imagined that the front desk of this hotel also knows about the poor hygiene and the fact that the sheets and quilt covers are not changed. After reporting it to her, she was too lazy to come up to check, as if the poor hygiene of their hotel is a matter of course. It feels like this situation has happened many times in this hotel, and the front desk can be so calm when receiving complaints. The front desk said to change our room, saying that the two rooms are the same layout, but the room we changed was much smaller than the previous one, and it was smelly. It was really smelly 🤮, like the smell coming up from the toilet 💩, and there were water marks on the walls after the leak. The only good thing is that the air conditioner in the previous room seemed to be turned off, but the air conditioner in this room still has a little effect. In short, the hotel experience is very bad 👎🏻.
