One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is incredibly clean and nice. The bed is also very comfortable. The hotel is next to a very modern shopping centre.

服務：特別差勁 本人出行都是旅遊散心 20多年第一次居住半夜把中央空調控制關閉的商家酒店 從不差評的人給了個差評 ，酒店給出的理由是4樓整個樓層都是統一開關 ，如果一個房間關空調，所有必須全部關閉才能關掉，這種可笑的説法我全國各地頭一次見，不知道這家為什麼沒有差評，我是過來桂林旅遊的，第一次睡覺被熱醒，商家半夜關閉，打電話給管家，管家説8點以後聯繫其他房間的人協商一下能不能開空調，30多度，差點喘不上氣！空調按鍵按不動，我也是頭一次見酒店能操控每個房間空調的，而且是半夜關的，難道是因為在商場裏商業用電捨不得電？？怕熱的朋友們 避雷這家吧！

以後不會再住了！
曾經多次安利給同事的寶藏輕奢酒店竟淪落到便捷酒店的地步，令人唏噓啊。最近兩次入住都影響心情，一定要吐槽一番。
雖然價格是低了，但是原有的管家服務沒有了，原有的乾淨衞生沒有了（房間和公共區域的衞生差很多），就連飲用水都換成了不知名的便宜水，曾經親切熱情的女經理也換人了。大堂辦理手續毫無秩序，亂哄哄。需要客房服務，也是半天來不了，明顯人手不足，這樣看來現在的價格也毫無性價比，難怪同事們也都不住這裏了。
望貴司好好反思，不然老顧客真的會越來越少，人氣也會越來越差。

酒店在萬象城裡麪肯德基旁邊，吃喝很方便，前台小哥哥很好，我們找不到就來接了。還給我們介紹了桂林的景點及路線。服務超級棒，晚上回來有晚安甜湯，建議把下午茶取消，太簡單了。
