Very good experience. Hotel is located across from Walmart and Kentucky Fried Chicken. Directly behind the Walmart is numerous street cafes which have excellent food for very reasonable prices. Just down the street from the hotel is an excellent noodle shop with famous "Guilin Noodles". Short taxi or bus ride takes you in ten minutes or so to many of the famous tourist attractions such as elephant hill etc. Only one snag. No one spoke English. However the staff was very good and using their phone translators we were able to carry out most communication. Food in the small top floor breakfast was good. For the price the hotel is excellent. Our room was away from the main street as requested and hotel was fairly quiet compared with other ones we've stayed at. The bed was soft enough as is not the case with so many hotels in Guilin. Rooms clean and smelled good. Daily housekeeping and bottled water provided each day. Would stay again.

Service: average. The parking lot is behind the hotel and there is no door behind the hotel. You have to drag your suitcase around from the parking lot exit to the front to reach the hotel lobby. A bit inconvenient. Walmart is opposite the hotel. Shopping is quite convenient.

I took my mother and children out because it was early to get back by high-speed rail. The driver recommended the one near Wal-Mart. It is next to the street and is more convenient. The family room was comfortable for the two of us.

The room is quite large, the environment is hygienic and clean, and the service is attentive and considerate. We have a standard room for two adults and two small guests. The front desk took the initiative to call us and ask if we need more dental kits. If we encounter any problems during our stay, we will quickly send someone to check. , they also helped us extend the check-out time to two o'clock on the day of check-out, which was great.
