毛巾又黃又黑又爛，哪來的那麼高分評價！大晚上的聽到一個男的帶着一個女孩哭哭啼啼的進房間，女孩極其不情願還説被她媽知道了會打死她的，跟前台反應了，前台説人家是夫妻，凌晨兩三點聽到超大聲哭鬧聲傳出來。這酒店真是差那三瓜兩棗呀，什麼人都給入住，這女孩希望她平安！

過來桂林出差，入住體驗整體蠻不錯的，位置很便利，離我出差的地方很近，吃東西也方便，500米就是臨桂楓林美食街；服務方面感覺也不錯，前台小姑娘業務還蠻嫻熟的；進到客房，衞生環境這塊沒有讓我失望，風格就是正常的商務簡約風，空間上也蠻大的。總的來説是一次不錯的入住體驗，下次出差來還會再定的。

晚上睡得很舒服，酒店整體環境不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，交通出行便利，周邊基礎配套也不錯，挺值得推薦的。最後點贊一下最後一天幫忙辦理退房那位眼睛大大的前台小姐姐，服務態度很好，親切有禮。

衞生狀況很差，衞生間裏面有蟑螂，床單上很多污漬，房間的桌子上有很多不明的液體，感覺是之前的人退房後根本沒有打掃衞生，想要換房間，app上明明顯示還有房間前台卻説沒有房間換。跟前台反映後換了床單還是很臟，非常不滿意！！！
