四月份下旬幫家人及親戚在城市便捷酒店桂林立交橋店訂了幾間房，26號收拾東西退房時，落下了一雙BlRkNSTOCK牌的拖鞋，因為那幾天家裡有事很忙，也沒發現這鞋落下了，等五一這天去酒店前台詢問，接待員很好，幫我聯繫了26號負責這間房衞生的服務員，並且讓我上樓找到了她，但是這個服務員一口否定，還反問我是不是搞錯了，像這樣素質低下的服務員，見財起意，嚴重影響了該酒店的形象，希望酒店要重視起來。

房間挺乾淨，樓下小哥也很熱情，雖然中轉換乘住了一夜，睡得挺舒服的，對面就是桂林老字號飯店，阿甘，吃飯，出行都挺方便，總之不錯

酒店位置很好找，房間也不錯，去的時候門口沒有停車位了，有專門的工作人員帶領去停車位，酒店旁邊有很多賣特產的，很實惠，好評

初三去的，定好房了到那又跟我們説沒有房了，讓我們去另外一個店，最後東西太多實在不想去又給我們開了。停車也讓我們停到別人小區去，説報銷又不問我們車牌號導致今天退房那個小哥都不知道説好久才讓報。房間地板全是燙的煙頭就算了，洗澡花灑三個地方都噴水，明明可以還缺不換，無語

住了那麼多連鎖酒店，這個是最差的。首先前台服務態度，請問我是欠你們一百萬嗎？我是來消費的，不是來受氣的OK？你們就是這樣對待客人的嗎？服務態度極差。其次就是房間，一進門就是一股黴味。設施陳舊。和旁邊幾十塊錢的旅館沒什麼兩樣。感覺到床單被套沒有換過一樣。除了價格便宜，地理位置不錯。沒有感覺到其他有什麼好的
