Guilin Exhibition International Hotel

During the May Day holiday, the three of us came to Guilin for the first time. We were very lucky to choose this cost-effective International Convention and Exhibition Hotel. We stayed in two rooms for six days and five nights. We were very satisfied with the room facilities and hotel services. 1. The room is spacious and well-planned, with dry and wet areas. What I like most is the brand bathtub in the room. It is not like some hotels that are fancy. The hot water is super efficient and the hot and cold water valves are reasonably designed. 2. The hotel breakfast is very rich and the environment is beautiful. The food in the Chinese restaurant and the Western restaurant is delicious. We basically eat in the hotel in the morning and evening. 3. The service is warm and thoughtful. The hotel vehicle command is orderly, the door service is thoughtful, and the room staff service is warm, such as folding our scattered clothes, washing the tea cups and ashtrays we have drunk every day, and asking and helping the guests' hesitations. 4. Finally, thank the hotel tourism department for providing us with cost-effective chartered car services and travel suggestions. The price did not increase much during the May Day holiday, and the room type was upgraded. What I was most satisfied with was that the afternoon tea was served buffet style for our customers, and the breakfast was also very rich. The service was not as bad as the negative reviews said. I was very satisfied in all aspects.

The hotel is in a good location in the city, not far from the core scenic spots of Xiangbishan, Liangjiang, Sihu and Dongxixiang, and the relevant facilities also meet the standards of five-star hotels.

A very satisfying experience! First of all, they took the initiative to contact us by phone after booking, asking about the arrival time and whether we needed to be picked up. When they learned that we were traveling with our children, they immediately upgraded the two rooms. They took the initiative to contact us again two days before the trip, added WeChat, confirmed the pick-up information, etc., which made us feel very at ease. After arriving at the hotel, the check-in was very smooth, the service was friendly, the hotel room was large, and the view was wide. After checking in, they immediately introduced nearby food and travel suggestions on WeChat. The next day, we had to get up early to catch the tour group, so we couldn't have breakfast. After communication, they prepared bread, fruit and water for us in advance. This trip to Guilin was far from what I imagined, but this hotel was the only one that exceeded my expectations, which was great.
