Comfortable hotel, suitable for all traveller types. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is about 10km from the city centre, but it is close to the Guilin North station, helping you on your journey to mountain views further south. The hotel's short comings were not everything worked (power sockets, the overhead shower feature, and supposedly the onsite launderette dryer - though it did for me) and the breakfast, while okay, was monotonous each morning.

Facilities: The waiter helped me upgrade to a room with a large bathtub for free. I am very satisfied!
Cleanliness: The room is very clean and tidy!

I would like to give special praise to the lady at the front desk who received me (she always had a smile on her face and provided me with good suggestions for my first trip to Guilin). Everything is good. But the toilet is not friendly to women who get manicures. The buttons are small and deep, and they have to be pressed very hard. It hurts the fingers. It is easy to get nails. When pressing, the fingers bend. Super painful. Slim. Beautiful woman doing manicure. Highly not recommended.
