前台小姐姐很好 這個差評是給保潔的 平台上寫着2點退房 説是一點之前得收拾好 衞生間沒有牙刷 讓保潔送來了 來了一句 麻溜收拾 很兇的樣子 擺臉色給誰看 意思催我們 真的無語啊 搞心態 我不知道要收拾快嗎 沒有洗漱用品我怎麼收拾

民宿位置非常好，鬧中取靜，旁邊還有清澈的江水，店員服務也很熱情，房型很不錯，衞生洗浴室很寬敞。作為桂林之行的第一站是非常滿意的

步行 10 分鐘就能 “閃現” 市中心、東西巷，逛吃逛喝超方便；轉角又能邂逅兩江四湖的璀璨夜色✨ 周邊綠樹成蔭，安靜得衹聽得到鳥鳴，呼吸間全是清新空氣～湖對岸滿滿都是本地人的煙火氣，看大爺下棋、阿姨買菜，生活感直接拉滿！
房間乾淨到能 “反光”，服務更是絕！一個電話，需求秒響應💯 既能享受靜謐度假氛圍，又坐擁便利，這性價比我瘋狂心動，速沖！

在桂湖飯店後面，很安靜，價格也很實惠。休閑度假的好去處。後面是長者山，門口是桂湖，飯後散步在桂湖邊上，真心不錯

後面是長者山，前面是桂湖，屬於兩江四湖景區，環境優美，風景非常好。在桂湖飯店就有共享小黃車，出行很方便，。前台的小姐姐介紹了很多當地好吃的，服務很好。價格實惠。房間很乾凈。周邊吃飯的地方也不遠，還是比較方便的。

周邊很安靜，綠樹環繞。空氣清新，湖對岸是市民的生活區，很有生活氛圍。很安靜，很愜意，樓下有門禁卡，然後房間也是要刷卡進去的，相當於兩重保障。房間比較乾淨，服務也挺好的，一個電話就幫解決了。挺好的

入住這家民宿，非常無語！我出門住宿要麼好評！要麼不評！
位置！偏到我懷疑人生在桂林住了三晚在其他家出門至少能看到幾家可以吃飯的店。這裏沒有，離景區商業區都很遠！我們去從陽朔回來桂林路上臨時定的沒想到這麼差！
衞生！近房間就是一股潮濕的味道，洗手旁邊的吹風機掛着頭髮真的無語了，衞生間垃圾桶有上個客人掛着的煙灰。浴巾毛巾我們是不敢用的外賣叫的一次性的！問了店裡説自己用84消毒液洗的這些！不是我家洗鞋子都不敢用84貼身用的東西你敢用84？衞生間隨便一摸都是厚重的灰塵！
床上床單枕頭都是皺巴巴的，椅子也很臟根本不想做！所謂的下午茶工作人員沒有提過一嘴！大早上的窗簾也不遮光亮的要死，晚上睡覺望天花板一看還掛着兩個衣架……工作人員不查房的嗎？阿姨打掃房間也不看的嗎？非常非常不推薦這家大家擦亮眼睛國慶出遊的朋友們有條件還是選好一點的，性價比高的也有但是這家千萬要避雷！！！！
