7 Days Inn (Guilin Yushan Park)

We travel frequently and booked this hotel with double beds. My room had a smell, the toilet smelled bad, and the room smelled musty, which made me get three pimples when I entered. My friend's room was 810, and the air conditioner had problems. It's been two hours since we entered the room, and it's still very hot. My friend couldn't fall asleep either. So I called the front desk to explain the situation, and the front desk arranged for a staff to come up and fix it for us at 3 o'clock. We had to get up early the next day, and after a long time of trying, they said they could change it for us. I said ok, and then the staff walked to the elevator and cursed me as an *****. I was really convinced by this attitude, which made me so angry that I called the complaint number and then went to the front desk to report it. The front desk said, let me curse back? ? ? ? ? I'm really fed up. I've been trying to fix it until 3:30 and there's still no solution. I'm really fed up and I won't stay here again. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The hotel is conveniently located, with convenient transportation, many restaurants around, and convenient to attractions. The room is clean and hygienic. The front desk lady has good service and a very enthusiastic attitude. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked and I only stayed for one day.
