Excellent service. Well decorated and comfortable room with good amenities, even welcome tea and room snacks are of good quality. Nice breakfast and so we go for dinner too.

The hotel is located right in the middle of tourist attractions but is not in a noisy area. Room and bathroom are spacious and I enjoyed the welcome tea in the lobby on arrival.

Nice location and nice room with nice view.
The lobby staff (娟子，陶子） are friendly and working fast for the check-in and check-out process.
The cleaner (秀秀） is thoughtful enough and great observer by preparing more bottles of water for us when she saw there is milk powder in room.
The concierges are helpful too. Always there to give a hand to the guests.
The package we booked come with free essential oil massage and photography session for 1pax. The massager number 3 is friendly and professional, applying consistent pressure and give full body relax during the massage session. While during the photography session, the make up artist provide good make up and the photographer is giving good leads in teaching how to pose.
Overall experiences are good and happy with it. Will revisit next time when go Guilin again

Travelled from Hong Kong with my family through the 3-hour HSR ride to Guilin. This hotel pleasantly surprised me by its breakfast buffet first of all! 😋😋
Stir fried tender green pepper with pork was my favorite, followed by the freshly made, authentic Guilin rice noodles, which I had three bowls of!
The location is unmatched inside the quiet walking area directly facing the Sun Moon towers and close to all major scenic sights. 🐘🌄🏞️
Great for a morning jog along the two river four lakes area ( I followed a route recommended on Strava ) in the midst of the city’s unique ubiquitous osmanthus flower fragrance ( “Gui Hua”). 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
Can talk to hotel concierge via WeChat and most times the cute Hotel robot will deliver stuff to us to help out quickly.
Such a beautiful weekend I spent here and think I’ll come here again ~~

Everything about this hotel is amazing, as you’d expect. However it is quite expensive. Rooms are spacious and you aren’t guaranteed a great view. Also don’t be fooled, the pool on the top floor is not for swimming. Also the actual swimming pool is quite small and so is the gym.

The room was very nice, the location was great, it was very accessible to the night market. The staff were generally ok. The view from the restaurant overseeing the lake was really amazing. The breakfast were stunning.

The hotel is great, room is spacious and cleaning standard is high. We stayed for 2 nights, went to Yangshuo and came back for another night. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Guilin again. Got my photo shoots from their foxlook photo service, looked stunning and great services! Highly recommended both the hotel and the photo shoots.
