Terrible experience ! 特别糟糕的！ Booked this room for a weekend getaway and the reception has a travel agency booth. We booked their tour package and were pushed to take a boat cruise for the evening which we were afraid we could not make. Regardless we were convinced that it’s OK if we can’t make it as we would get a refund. Long story short , we missed the trip as predicted and was given excuses as to why we couldn’t get our refund. Hotel didn’t help and the tour company operator was even worse . We lost 800 yuan and ruined our Guilin experience because of money grabbing (insert ma words). I’m a platinum user and horribly disappointed. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
