The hotel was awesome, a 10/10 in every aspect. The room we stayed in was very spacious and well decorated, it was cleaned when we arrived and the staff did our beds when we were out visiting.
The personnel of the hotel was one of the best things, they waited us to do the checking at 2:00 AM, they helped us recovering some belongings we forgot in the airport taxi and also helped us organizing some trips around Guilin, specially Yang.
If we ever come back to Guilin, we are staying here 100%.

The service is good, the employees helped me book some tours and gave suggestions where to go. The window in my room was broken at first, and I got an upgraded room for one night till it was fixed. I needed to do some work so the boss kindly provided a table ☺️
I gotta say some of the things in the hotel are old, like hair dryer, but it didn’t affect my stay. The staff is friendly and supportive.
Location of the hotel is great ✅ only 15min walk from 正阳路，plus the Sun&Moon tower and Elephant Trunk Hill are super close, just 10 min drive on didi 👏 perfect for sightseeing trip!

It is close to Elephant Trunk Hill, Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, East and West Alley, Jingjiang Palace, and all the attractions are very close, and the transportation is very convenient. The service at the front desk is really enthusiastic, and the little girl helped to take the luggage to the room. I was very satisfied, and the room was also very clean and comfortable. If there was something left in the room, it was also very considerate to keep it. The price-performance ratio is very high. The room can see the night view. It happened to be the misty season in Guilin. The scenery is different, very good!!!

Very good, pleasant scenery, the lady at the front desk was also very nice. We were about to leave, and told the lady that we wanted to pack some drinking water, and then the lady directly gave me a bottle of mineral water. Thank you very much🥹

The photo in the first picture can really prove that two of the five sockets in the room are not working. What's even more frustrating is that after playing all day and lying down late at night, I found that the pillows and sheets were so smelly😭
When we left, the front desk lady was very friendly and helped us move our luggage downstairs, which was great!
