床墊很硬，空調控制板在衣櫃上，很高，對小個子女生不友好，需要搬一個椅子過去才能調節到，4樓和5樓房間床墊不一樣，不知道是不是攜程預訂，所以區別對待，朋友住過4樓，説床墊沒那麼硬

酒店位置很好找，距離景區也就十幾塊錢，導航過來準確無誤，剛好在路邊，不用轉巷子，前台辦理特別順暢，辦理期間也有貼心小姐姐倒花茶喝（酒店房間裏的花茶包就是這個，特別好喝），本次入住前台小哥哥還特意給我們升級了房型，房間裏面有鋪設地毯一點都不會凍腳腳，床也很軟，暖氣很足，洗澡熱水也是既開既有，而且在情人節入住的日子，這個價格簡直特別性價比，送上優質評價，店家請收

衞生好，服務周到。雖然陽台沒有精緻的裝修裝飾，但看出去景色優美。早餐豐富，服務熱情。淋浴的水壓大，水温能隨意調節。停車免費方便，酒店旁邊兩家中餐館:“味可道”，檔次高一點，菜品貴一點，但也能接受。“九毛九”，大眾一點，菜品分量很足，價格一般。兩家味道都不錯。住了不同地方的維也納，這家維也納酒店在眾多維也納酒店中算中上吧!整體體驗感還好。

優點：
1.停車方便，有專用停車場，比較大
2.浴室水量比較大
缺點：
1.房間太小了，家庭房衹有24平，桂林另一家華住旗下的漢庭3.5還是全季，家庭房有40-45平，可以看照片，一進門就是床，窗户邊也是緊挨着，沒有任何收納空間
2.空調不熱，怎麼開也是冷的
3.燈非常暗，而且控制的電源不好用
4.早餐不好，沒什麼東西

這次除夕帶家人來桂林旅遊，選的麗楓酒店真的太絕了！剛到前台，工作人員就熱情相迎，辦理入住迅速又貼心，暖到心坎裏。走進房間，整潔程度直接驚艷，每一處都乾乾淨淨，佈置也很温馨。住在這裏，安靜又舒適，一家人都讚不絕口。這個春節因為麗楓更完美，下次來桂林還選它！

酒店樓下有充電樁 對面的商場也有充電樁 還有特斯拉超充。樓下有燒烤 唯一就是早餐很早就收了 沒吃到早餐。性價比不錯
