The location is unbeatable – right near the pedestrian street, so it’s super easy to walk around, explore, shop, and try all the local food.
One of the highlights was the view from the 6th-floor café – absolutely stunning! You can see Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas while enjoying a coffee or snack. It’s such a peaceful spot to relax after a day out.

Perfect location to visit the lakes and a walk in Guilin town. Nice view of the pagodas in the lake just from the hotel restaurant on Level 6

Excellent location, very close to Elephant mountain and the view from the room of the two pagodas is excellent. It is very close to the walking street where all the restaurants and shops are. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location on edge of Shan Lake with twin towers. Top restaurant and roof top terrace overlooks Elephant Trunk Hill and towers in lake. Very close walk to pedestrian street where food stalls and markets are. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Location- There is no other reason to stay at this hotel. No one speaks English, service providers who laugh at you instead of trying to help. Very dirty rooms and dirty common areas. Noise from the main road. Hotel that feels like a 2 star. Not recommended.

Front of house staff were very nice, helpful and very welcoming. They answered our many questions and it was not a bother to them.
The room we were given was very special. The view was amazing, overlooking the pagodas.
I would be happy to come back here again.

I booked family room so it is very spacious for 3.
The location is great, within walking distance to major attraction. However, that also means that it can be noisy, especially with tourists. Breakfast is good, as I like Chinese food.
