The room was very clean.
Only in the hallway there was a strong smell of cigarettes, orherwise it would have been 5/5 points.

The hotel provides luggage storage service while I travelled light to Yangshuo. Their services were excellent and assisted on the laundry, drying of my clothes and delivery to the room. The breakfast buffet spread was good, and they cooked hot beef noodle soup for the guest. The room is spacious and clean. I will come back to this hotel if I visit Guilin again.

Clean and big room with friendly and helpful staff.
Location is convenience and I like the small shops behind the hotel. The staff will help you to put in the laundry to wash and dry by writing a tag .
A lot of shops around the hotel and there is one big Supermarket just 200m behind the hotel. Shops open very early and you won’t get hungry.

The location was great! Both near the train station and the main sightseeing attractions.
The ladies at the reception were super helpful! Even though they apologized for their English, they put a lot of effort into helping us with questions and booking.
The option to do free laundry and drying was great for us travellers too!

The (panoramic view) superior room would need some maintenance. The windows are dirty, the TV didn't respond and for a superior room I would expect some better soap/shampoo option.s

We stayed only for one night, but it was a nice stay. Big hotel, front desk open 24 hours and you can book the boat ride through the Li river from them, so there’s no need to worry to book it in advance. A few restaurants nearby aswell.

The location is great. You only need 15 minutes to go to the city centre. The staff doesn't speak English, but they are competent and always willing to help.
