衞生：房間的牆壁上都是飛濺的黑點，床邊還有不明小葯丸
環境：真的太吵了，到得晚衹有一樓的房間了，半夜兩三點還有人在外面聊天，房間裏聽的一清二楚，早上八點多外面就開始裝修，也非常嘈雜
服務：酒店房間裏衹有塑料拖鞋，前台説不提供一次性拖鞋，但打掃房間的保潔阿姨提供了一次性拖鞋，酒店管理很差，沒有統一。而且前台竟然説沒有一次性拖鞋，房間裏的塑料拖鞋又臟的離譜
環境：酒店是在康養中心內，最豪華的地方是酒店大堂，房間內真的挺一般的，枕頭單床衹有一個，且高低不平，諮詢前台後也不能更換平整的枕頭，很難受

優點：門口有11路公交車，距離桂林站還有市區東西巷都很方便，山莊裡面面積很大，綠化不錯
缺點：晚上回來山莊燈很少，很黑，不方便。房間沒有電梯，沒有網絡電視，設施陳舊。另外因為住的附近綠化好，也靠近水，蚊子特別多，所以入住後又讓阿姨來殺蟲。

房間衞生不錯，設施有些陳舊了，沒有一次性拖鞋提供給客人，晚上總枱通往2號樓的橋上台階較多並且照明也有些暗 。

環境：超級好，旁邊就是南溪山公園，可以爬山又不累，裏面有神龍洞，龍脊亭，值得一看
服務：超好，落下了孩子的書包，幫我們收起來了，還幫忙打了試卷，非常感謝，停車方便

酒店環境不錯，緊挨着南溪公園，就是服務不行，可以説是沒有服務，我們在另外一棟樓，大堂都沒有服務人員，衹有兩個保潔在打掃衞生

位置很優秀，挨着南溪山，是分棟式的居住，園內環境應該挺不錯，可惜我們入住和退房的時候都是黑天，沒有看到白天的樣子。停車免費。前台有很多服務人員，感覺有點亂。房間有些老舊，空調製熱慢，廁所洗漱台小，淋浴調節不太靈敏，水温偏低，一次性用品質量一般，所以沒有洗澡
