This hotel is average standard, may be due to economical prices, I think we were the first internationals there, they lady on counter don’t speak English, Check-in process was little hectic, washroom lock was broken, rest everything was good if you are looking for economical hotel just for sleep.

Facilities: The door was broken. I asked the boss to fix it several times before he came. It took almost two hours. There was no hair dryer. When I asked the boss, she said she only had a cold air blower.
Hygiene: The hygiene was not good. The whole room smelled of foot odor. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. It was really smelly.
Environment: The room was in the wind outlet. In the weather these two days, it was very cold when the window was opened. If it was not opened, the room was smelly. Once the air conditioner was turned on, it became more and more smelly.
Service: The boss's attitude was impeccable, but the whole room was really bad. If I spent less money, I deserved to live in such a room, but I spent money, and compared with the previous day and the next day, it was relatively high. As a result, I lived like this. The experience was really bad. I will never come to Guilin again.

The boss lady has a good attitude, the environment needs to be improved, but overall it is acceptable. There are some marks on the quilt and sheets, the shower head in the bathroom has a slight problem, but the toilet is clean.
