Check-in took forever, 10 minutes just to get in, and they didn’t give me a second key card since my friend checked in earlier. Had to wait for staff to open the door. Shower pressure was awful, barely a trickle. Super noisy too, could hear everything from the hall and outside. Worst part? Someone screamed and banged on our door at midnight, waking me up. Then, at 1 am, the lights in our room just flip on for a few seconds. No idea what that was about, just bizarre.
The location’s actually decent, but with so many hotels in the area, why on earth would you pick this one? I’ve racked my brain to find one positive thing to say besides the location, but honestly there’s nothing.
Do yourself a favor and pick literally anything else. This place is a hard pass.

The hotel is only 5 mins walk from train station, very convenience. I stayed there 5 nights and they upgraded me a suite. The room is very spacious, clean, and with updated facilities. They also have washing machine with dryer function to use. The cleaning lady and front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. I stayed at third floor, and I can hear the noise and people talking from outside street.

The room is very good. Although it is newly renovated, there is a little smell when you first enter. As long as you turn on the air conditioner, the smell will disappear. The room is also quite large, fully equipped and very new. The front desk lady checked in quickly. I stayed for two days and had a good experience. It is also close to the train station.

It is a wise choice to choose this hotel when traveling to Guilin! You can walk to the famous attractions, go downstairs to the popular food street, and visit the night market in the evening. The room design is full of local cultural elements. You can see the beautiful river and mountain views when you open the window. The photos are beyond beautiful! The hotel provides free luggage storage and tourist guide brochures, and the niche check-in spots recommended by the front desk guy are amazing. The infinity pool and bar on the rooftop have a great atmosphere, the night view is breathtaking, and the price-performance ratio is super high. I will stay here again next time I come!

It feels quite clean once you enter. But upon closer inspection there is still some shortcoming. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom. The toiletries were also a bit perfunctory. I don't know if the extension strip has been wiped clean or not as there are a lot of tiny hairs on it. Since there is a bathtub, why is there no disposable bathtub cover?
Nothing else. Feels good. Hope the hygiene can be improved.
