Location of the room booked is quite a distance away from the original address, but overall is still okay. Room is cleaned before checking in, so the floor is still wet. Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The staff is responsive and friendly.

圖一可見我原本定的是三房，打電話過去問酒店放行李，酒店告知我原本定房位置已分配給別人，沒房了，圖二三四可見酒店客服發了其他位置給我讓我去其他地方，我去不了就讓我退房，我就請問，我提前半個月定房的意義是什麼，我去到酒店讓我臨時退房。我不接受退房就讓我三房換兩房，“不退差價”。退差價就要讓我好評並且衹退五十，我明明看可訂房源兩房是516元，憑什麼不退差價

入住體驗很差，打車已經到了我預訂房間訂單的地址，上到了樓層後告訴我那是註冊的地址並不是我定的房間地址，好吧，我們衹能下一樓等。當時一家人還有長者下着雨非常冷，在25棟的大門口吹着冷風在等……然後打電話跟客服溝通後把房間轉到了訂單的同一棟不同樓層的房型，進去後發現衞生並不理想，地上桌子都還帶有塵跡的痕跡，牆上的裝飾品都掉了，廁所非常的小，裝的置物架就那10cm寬衹能放紙巾……洗澡衣服都不知道放哪裡，長者上個一小會廁所，電熱水器漏了點水滴濕了衣服……

房間裝修非常有特色，最近剛通關了的黑悟空，離動車站近很方便，房間乾淨衞生，房子裏還有廚房裡還有米和油都不用再買了，客服還專門有建羣服務有問題都在羣裏及時回答了這個服務很贊下次還來

‼️❗️桂林第一坑❗️‼️一定要避雷這個民宿‼️❗️
預訂了高鐵北站店，到了以後説北站店沒房！
我們被迫改簽了高鐵，損失了手續費，打車兩趟，損失了打車費！
由於改簽和後續換酒店，損失了美好的遊玩體驗，減少了幾個景點的遊玩機會！
首先我從來沒有説我不入住，預訂了房間，無論多晚都必須給留房，這是所有酒店民宿行業的規矩，不知道老闆懂不懂這個規矩？
還有就是，我們行程安排的好好的，本來訂高鐵附近就是為了方便坐車，結果你給我換個那麼遠的地方？？我請問如果是店家老闆你自己住店遇到這種情況，你就會開開心心接受是嗎？
聊半天，給安排了一個距離北站近2公里的地方！説給報銷打車費，當時以為是補償就同意了，結果第二天説不刪訂單或者不給5星好評就沒法報銷，😆笑死了簡直，誰缺那二三十塊了？
還有！奉勸老闆一句，別衹顧着在朋友圈宣傳做的那麼好，管理和服務質量才是做酒店民宿的重點競爭力體現，別總覺得一個兩個差評不會影響你賺錢，衹要有人願意發聲，就會有人避雷，一個兩個不算什麼，如果更多人願意講出實情呢？（怪我一開始沒認真看之前的差評，才一來就踩了個準！）
為什麼沒有打最低分呢？
一是因為床墊確實還可以，二是單純打最低分，給人的感覺是我因為情緒才給打了低分。
提醒一句，店家或者客服，最好不要試圖在評論下回復説什麼給瞭解決方案我不接受哈，如果你們真的給了應給的賠償，並且承諾之後認真整改，誰都會説一句你們態度還不錯，期待做得更好，但是既然你們完全不講道理，那就沒辦法了

設施衞生都挺好，挺乾淨的，比較新，就是空調出的風煙味很大，位置離北站太遠了，定位根本不是一個地方，還要再往北五公里，我們開車還行，對於不開車的朋友就不太友好了。#房間打理的很整潔
