I didn't accept the check-out, so they asked me to change the three-room room to two-room room, "no refund for the price difference". To refund the price difference, they asked me to give a good review and only refunded 50 yuan. I clearly saw that the available rooms for two rooms were 516 yuan. Why didn't they refund the price difference?

The decoration of the room is very unique. I just recently cleared Black Wukong. It is very convenient to be close to the train station. The room is clean and sanitary. After chatting for a long time, they arranged a place nearly 2 kilometers away from the North Station! They said they would reimburse the taxi fare. I thought it was compensation and agreed. I would like to advise the boss not to just promote it on WeChat Moments. Management and service quality are the key competitive advantages of hotels and B&Bs. Don't always think that one or two bad reviews will not affect your money. As long as someone is willing to speak out, someone will avoid it. One or two is nothing. What if more people are willing to tell the truth? (I blame myself for not reading the previous bad reviews carefully at the beginning. I stepped on it right away!) Why didn't I give the lowest score? One is that the mattress is really okay. Second, simply giving the lowest score gives people the feeling that I gave a low score because of my emotions. Just a reminder, the store or customer service, it's best not to try to reply under the comments saying that you have given a solution but I don't accept it. If you really give the compensation you deserve and promise to make serious corrections later, everyone will say that your attitude is not bad and they look forward to doing better. But since you are completely unreasonable, there is nothing we can do.
