I booked this hotel because I came to Guilin. The room was clean and tidy with no smell, and the environment was very comfortable! The sound insulation is also very good. This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in! The lady at the front desk is also very kind and provides patient service! I had a great time in Guilin and will come back next time if I have a chance!

The service attitude of the morning shift front desk is so bad! No manners! She clearly told her that she had returned two room cards and even called her specifically... I was speechless. There was not even a place to park and there were charges outside... Not recommended!
