The hotel is cost-effective. It is really affordable to stay in the new version of Vienna Hotel for more than 100 yuan. The facilities and equipment are new, the room is clean and sanitary, and the hot water is supplied quickly. I am very satisfied. The service staff No. 08 at the front desk is attentive and greeted us warmly. The breakfast variety is also very complete, which deserves five-star praise.

這次入住體驗遠超預期！從進門的前台微笑接待，到房間的整潔細節（連角落都一塵不染），再到貼心的續住服務，處處能感受到酒店的用心。特別表揚前台06號小姐姐，發現我們帶了小孩，主動多送了兩瓶水和兩份早餐。位置也很方便，步行10分鐘到醫學院，周邊美食眾多。

此次入住的非常滿意，山景很美，對面是個遺址公園叫什麼名字忘記了，環境不錯，房間空間 視野好 中規中矩 白天和晚上都有不同角度的風景 維也納的棉織品很舒服 看23年開業的 比較新沒選錯

環境： 偏離主城區和景區較遠的位置，地處位置較偏僻，本以為自駕游下高速不遠，但路況真心説句不太好走！ 衞生： 整體衞生程度還算是可以的。 服務： 前台小姐姐態度很好，熱情有禮貌，除此之外，其他所能遇見的服務員，服務意識還有很大的進步空間！ 設施： 基本上都可以，酒店有地上和地下停車場，車位尚算充足。 洗衣房衹有2台洗衣乾衣機，繁忙時段比較難用上。 自助早餐品種比較少，但有湯粉供應，味道湊合吧！ 重點提示： 前台是客人進店後，對酒店的第一印象，所以服務員應該精神狀態良好，制服須整潔，光鮮亮麗。 餐廳冷氣空調嚴重不足，出電梯尚未進去已有一股難聞氣味！這麼熱的天怎麼行呀！

酒店前台服務員06號非常貼心，辦理入住迅速，拿了個創口貼還問我哪裡受傷了，讓我感到温馨安慰，床舒適，環境很好，採光好！配有桌子和小沙發，衞生間乾濕分離，不僅有穿衣鏡還有化粧的小鏡子。要不是第二天有事要走了還想再多住一天呢。
