衞生:很無語的是衞生間紙巾架就在垃圾桶上方，紙巾跟垃圾桶親密接觸，我衹能用自己帶的紙巾。環境:夜晚睡覺很安靜，兩張床還是很舒服的，一張床有兩個枕頭，方便多睡一個人或者喜歡抱着枕頭睡的人。
服務:前台服務人員態度很好
設施:中規中矩

設施：簡陋無比，浴室連一個掛衣服的地方都沒有，洗完澡還要跑出來拿衣服穿
衞生：很臟，馬桶都沒有刷乾淨，全程都不敢坐在馬桶上
環境：很簡陋很陳舊，位置在拐角旮旯裏面，門口還有個小小垃圾場，整體一進去就讓人感覺不舒服，要不是在網上訂不到別的酒店，絕對不會在這間
服務：打電話給前台讓拿瓶水，前台還要收費，住酒店礦泉水不都是送的嗎
總體：嚴格來説這根本不算是個酒店，頂多算個招待所，但是衞生環境真的是對不起370一晚的這個價格，因為是訂兩晚才有300多這個價格，如果衹訂一晚還要400多，來桂林玩的小夥伴們，一定要避開這個坑，桂林真的很多酒店都又老又舊，本身不值這個價格，也不知哪來的自信定如此高的價格。

這家酒店環境還挺好的，不靠近大馬路，比較安靜，離解放橋和七星公園比較近，交通挺便利，還有免費停車場，對於開車的人來説挺方便的，價格也挺實惠，還幫免費升級了房間，房間衞生也是挺乾淨的，服務各方面也挺到位，挺熱情的，下次有機會再來！

早餐豐富，有十多種菜品。有專用停車場，停車場很大，方便停車。出行也方便，附近有掃碼自行車，公交站也很近。超市就在路口處，宵夜店也有好多家。離中心廣場東西巷很近，走路也就十來分鐘，還可以看看美麗的解放橋，拍照真的很好看。還有人直播唱歌什麼的，很熱鬧。離七星公園這個景區特別近，吃完晚餐可以去走走，很棒👍🏻接台接待也很好，會耐心解決你的問題，客房也乾淨衞生。性價比不錯的👍🏻

經常住城市便捷，這個酒店衞生乾淨，停車也免費，早餐的話是自助的，離景點也近，過了解放橋就到東西巷了，解放橋那邊好吃的也挺多的，有條美食街，還是很不錯滴

服務態度挺好的，服務員很熱情，房間很寬敞，衞生也很乾凈，價格實惠，交通也挺便利，離景點很近，幾分鐘就到了，周邊也有挺多好吃的，總之挺滿意的，還有免費的停車場，洗衣房，非常方便，很好的一次入住體驗，下次一定會再來！

酒店周邊環境一般，服務員前台也不行。房間的衞生達不到便捷酒店的標準。房間公共設施衞生差，窗簾感覺很久沒洗了。馬桶有很多污漬，打掃完衞生馬桶都沒有做消毒標識。房間角落灰塵多。酒店還沒有電梯
