這是我體驗過的最差的維也納酒店，這家店不配這個級別。剛裝修好的，裝修材料很差，味道很重，酒店目之所及都是很差的材料。酒店的毛巾很臟，原來白色的都是烏黃烏黃的，摸起來粘粘的，刷牙口杯也沒消毒，裏面還有水跡。煮水壺煮水時，整個桌子都在震動，可想而知這張桌子有多差！來旅遊住的，特別失望，希望維也納提高品質，不要魚龍混雜，否則會失去民眾的信賴！

和家人到桂林旅遊，入住維也納臨桂城南萬達店，兩個反饋，1：23年裝修，房間衞生間乾淨整潔，傢俱設施都比較新，住起來非常舒適。2：酒店服務人員態度很好，耐心負責，第二天出發匆忙，將手錶遺忘在酒店，服務人員及時聯繫並幫忙進行快遞，避免了住客的損失，為服務人員點贊。一點小意見：酒店停車場未建設完成，目前車位不夠，停車不方便。下次還會繼續選擇入住該酒店。
